The most exciting part of the book so far is the luau. This is because it is the day Libby tells Tony about how she likes him, and pulls back even though he likes her too. Another reason this is the most exciting part of the book so far is because after that Tony kept e-mailing her and Libby ignored him for 5 months. This is also when Libby turns Parker down, but Parker still likes her. This was the night when Libby falls out of love with him, and decides to go to Florida for college. I think that this is an important event in general.

  1. I agree that this is probably a major turning point in the novel...would you say it is potentially the climax?

    1. Yes and no because I think that part of the turning point is when Libby finally emails Tony back, but that happens on almost the very next page. :)
